Thanks slipmat--and I'm sorry to hear about your family members.  I can't imagine. I'm currently reading Alan Carr's book about quitting alcohol.  It helped a friend of mine--so I figured it certainly couldn't hurt. 

I look forward to saying it's "behind me now" like you. Smile
