My friendly glass art piece, and I designed and built the circuitry that ran the three separate strands of electroluminescent wire wrapped around each of the figures so that they would react individually to differen frequency levelsn i. e. bass, mid range, and treble. The music is produced by a long-lost best friend. I have been approached in the past and would love to someday build a life size version of something like this for a touring Fest Music Festival. Or even just something as simple as lining the walls of a club with sound reactive El wire would enhance the ambience and overall experience that much more, I truly believe. No clue why it hasn't become popular yet.
