awhile ago...


I am not sure as to how long they have "been down"
as I don't check them often... I know this has happened in the
past and was to change their "landing page"

I'll keep checking and see what I can come up with..

I've had their original site bookmarked for years and I just received an error message. I even tried the address that IceWizard posted a couple of pages back and still nothing.

Did a very small experimental try with these guys. Will let the forum know in a month or two how it went or if there was any success or what the process was like.

Off to a rocky start already. There seems to be confusion about payment. I payed and they have said I didn’t. Don’t want to break the rules by discussing methods but I have tried to provide evidence of payment to them. I sent links screenshots time of transfer and how they can see it on the blockchain.
The person Sarah has said they will forward my info on to admin.
A little disappointing
I figured if they offer that kind of payment they would know how to monitor it and see transfers and use the platform enough not to make this error.

Hopefully it will get sorted out but it not a good start. It seemed so simple as they gave me the address to sent the money payment, and I did not anticipate them doing this.

I can’t say at this stage it’s intentional. I am inclined to believe perhaps it’s an oversight if they are not used to this payment method.

But time will tell. As a good investigation would show I have payed.

Update- I’m in contact with Sarah. She’s sending me screenshots saying I payed the wrong address (it’s actually the wrong info, so hard to explain. And I can see in her info it’s not showing as normal transfer it’s under internal $ether transfers so for her to see it she needs to click on an extra link. Explaining that is difficult. I am sending back my screenshots with steps on how they can see all there wallet. Attempting to resolve it all. To their credit she is currently responding(hopefully not just because I’m being played) . I’ll give them that. Communicating is good. I think if I had payed differently this could of worked. BUT I know crypto and I can see what’s going on and I have payed and it’s sitting there under a different heading they need to click. Aughhh
Not resolved as of yet but I’m attempting to understand it from their point of view and keep calm. It’s difficult and upsetting (very distressing to feel it’s intentional bluffing but I’m not sure it is) Sarah seems legit convinced she’s right. but I spent some time today trying to breakdown $ether scan trail and try to address the issue with my very detailed and polite screenshots further.
I suppose what I see as clear may not be so I am giving it time.

I even prayed for clarity for everyone just incase it’s miscommunication.

Anyway that’s it so far.
Thank God it’s a very small order.

We will see. Perhaps we will both learn from this
