I’m in the exact same boat. Received notification of expected delivery by USPS, but it did not happen. I think processing delays are the new normal.

Woke up this morning and checked my informed delivery from U$P$ and it looks like I will be receiving LL on my mags today from these guys. I hate to be pessimistic but I can't imagine why I would be receiving anything else from the U$CBP. Will update when confirmed

Yes, unfortunately received LL. I'm going to contact sender about a reship since they clearly state that they will if proof of LL is shown. Will update accordingly.

I contacted Sarah and explained the situation. I also sent her a copy of the LL and she said that occasionally a mag or 2 might be caught but not to worry because a reship is on it's way. Sarah has been very professional since day 1. She is always polite and helpful. It's nice that these guys are doing what they said they would and I don't have something else to worry about.

After I let Sarah know about my LL she took care of everything and got me a reship in the mail yesterday along with a reference # and a tracking #. Very professional every step of the way.

Received notification earlier that my reship hit customs this morning. Also, I noticed that this magazine is moving at about the exact speed as the previous one since they were both mailed out on the same date (just different months) and when I compare the two side by side, the scans are almost precisely the same as far as date shipped/dates scanned/location/date headed into customs. Hopefully this one is successful. Will update accordingly.

Received notification that magazine has cleared and is on it's way to next facility. Looks like this one might have made it through. The original was scanned going into custiez and then never scanned again and I received a LL pretty quickly. More updates to come.

Magazine delivered today! Packaging is pretty basic at best so I'm not surprised that the first one didn't make it. However, quality is A+!!! The meds (I received) are genuine and the vendor shipped pretty quickly after payment was sent and it's about a 3 week process.
