The rules. We do enforce them. First rule is to do a welcome thread. Elsewise, we don't trust strangers. Dangerous times.
I would follow the rules, if'n i were you.

I am thinking about making an order but I am a little conflicted. They say they will reship a pack if customs confiscates it as long as a LL is sent. But then after I read the fine print I came up with a list of exceptions and two of them were...
7. In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss rests completely with the purchaser, unless order is returned to in which case order will be reshipped.
8. will fully guarantee delivery only if all bellow conditions are met:
- a valid medical prescription is submitted to be sent with shipment
- the purchaser has provided correct shipping information
- import laws in destination country allow import of ordered product.

Especially in dire times such as these, the chances of actually getting a Letter of Interdiction are probably slim to none.
The entire world knows of the problem, and postal services wont commit hari kari if a few packages dont get LL'd.
Methinks the vendor whom had those rules drafted never planned on giving out replacements.
He even states if a package is interdicted, the purchaser has the onus of burden of retrieving it!! from the Letter of Interdiction Bureau. And, that is not really successfully done.
I would avoid unless I had money to burn.

I went ahead and took a chance on these guys. They have some very good brands of @lp and I went with the boxed and blistered Ks@lols. Very fair price if they are genuine and legit. I will keep you all posted on the process.

Well i had a vendor sixteen yrs whom never re shipped. never ever. Even when he promised to.
So, if the magazines are good quality, and u r ok, with just loss from time to time, then u r good to go.

Loss is sadly just part of the process. Hopefully I can find a few honest vendors who carry good mags and I can keep my losses to a minimum. I will update this thread each time I am updated.

In combination with their stated re-ship policy about LLs, all this really boils down to is "no re-ships without an LL". Given the bad actors out there on both sides, this seems reasonable, and in line with other vendor's re-ship policies.

Technically this is quite correct. My understanding is that the only way to guarantee a medical shipment (at least into the US) is to comply with the requirements of 8 above. Such a delivery should pass any customs/government inspection, in theory.
So I see nothing really unusual here, except perhaps for the fact that they discuss the matter at all in any detail.
I like this vendor. They've been around for a while, had some problems, taken care of them, and left the reviews, both good and bad, up on their site for all to see. I hope they continue.
Be well.
Benny
Be well, Benny I thought they seemed like they probably were legit and after reading through hundreds of reviews and noticed that they left the bad ones up with the good ones I felt more comfortable. There are so many clear net "pharmacy" sites that have 100% positive reviews and it is so obvious that they are scams. Plus PRS4U do not offer @piates and to me that is always a good sign because if a site is openly advertising that they have @xy and hydr@m@rph@ne and other similar meds I have a hard time believing that they are legit. They offer some top shelf brands of @lpr@zol@m and have a very good selection of benz@s overall and although the wait time looks like it can take awhile to receive I am happy to wait if they can deliver what they offer. If/when magazines arrive I plan on making a larger order and then I plan to order each time a new magazine lands to try and stock up a bit while I can get the brands that I prefer.
