Interesting. I'm in the UK where snakes are incredibly rare, so we don't have to think about them or be careful. We have grass snakes that are small and harmless. We have a few adders, but they are very shy creatures. I saw one once when mountain biking. We looked at each other and it turned at went away at top speed. To get bitten you'd have to back one into a corner and give it no other choice.

Most Brits will live their whole life without ever encountering a snake outside of a zoo, so despite spending a lot of time outdoors and wild camping, I've never had to learn to avoid them. The UK may have terrible weather, but the animals are very safe!

If you stare at the dot in the center and move your head away from the screen the rings will start to rotate. Now gradually get closer again…they change direction!
