Has anyone sent money thru these company's

Hi,
Has anyone used these sources to send money to buy magazines or flowers?  And if so do they work Ok?

I’ve used XOOM and Ria. XOOM is pretty easy, it’s a lot like western union, the directions are fairly easy to follow, basically you send it to the person and put the location in how you would sending western union online.

Ria declined me the first time I sent it, went through the next time but they held my money got 4ish days I think, it’s been over a year since I’ve done this.

If your have a specific thing your stuck on and need help with I’m happy to help as much as I can
