Recently banned members

I know it is known of my business, but I have noticed some "senior" level members banned in the last few days.  I know Charon well and know that this isn't the old ioplist where one mistake gets you banned.  I really don't think I need to worry about getting banned because I'm civil, don't engage in flame wars, and follow the rules.  I'm just curious if someone can give a generic answer on what will end up in a member being banned.

Shilling, trolling, flame wars, etc I assume have led to the bannings.  Or maybe a warning was given for a behavior and the person continued that behavior.  Don't feel obliged to answer as I'm kind of thinking out loud.

26. If we have banned any member, it is for a reason. Please DO NOT question the Administration over the banning of any member by PM’ing us or by creating a specific thread on why that member was blocked.

Well, We always have strong reasons to ban them. If you can name a few i don't mind telling you, But again the Administration is not questionable to anyone for anything. Still i would clarify if you need to know anything because we don't want to leave the Old IOPList impression here as well.

Sorry, I didn't see rule 26.  I was just curious, but read some posts and can see where and why a certain member was banned.  Sorry for breaking the rules.  I know you guys/girls aren't ban happy, but someone had sent me a PM prior to being banned, nothing important, and then I saw he was banned.  I know the admins/mods here have integrity and I don't need anymore information.  I also realize this isn't the old ioplist where you get banned for spelling a word wrong.  Actually, I shouldn't have asked the question as its against the rules.  Technically I broke a rule, which would be grounds for being banned, but ICE politely pointed out the rule and admin of steel you also approached my ruling breaking in a polite way.  I'm definitely not going to argue for someone to be unbanned.  You get banned here you made your own bed.  And I'm not going to argue to try to get someone unbanned because that's not my place. Obviously, I didn't intentionally break the rule so I know this is like a "warning" and shall I ask the question again then some type of punishment will occur.  I'll re-read the rules.  Apologies and thanks for responding.  

And I hope my post didn't insinuate that any bannings were unfair or that I was implying this was like the old ioplist.  This feels like ioplist circa 2013; a close knit community with good admins/mods.  Keep up the good work!

Yep, was me.  And I probably still use the old email you have.  I have quite a few emails for different purposes (personal, IOP's, professional, ones I give to people I'm not sure about, ect).  Let me know when you email me as the address you have is getting a lot of spam, but is my primary IOP email I use and gave out to people I was comfortable with.  I can PM you a throw away email address if you can't find mine and then once I know who you are can give you my primary one if you don't have my old adress.

Thank you Ice.  I broke a rule accidently, which doesn't make it okay, but I'm not above admitting my mistakes.  And I'm glad to be here.  I actually haven't checked into any of my other forums since I became active here.  I like the community feel you guys have fostered here.  It's like returning home after being away for a long while.
