Just a comment about 2MG ALP's of any brand. The SR's are often half the price of the immediate-release. I used to chop my 2MG SR's into quarters and found that taking a quarter at a time gave me the same effect as taking a quarter dose of an immediate-release ALP. The SR effect was defeated by breaking them. I have noticed that the 2MG SR's remain unpopular and I believe it's because many people believe that you can't get the same impact from an SR that you can get from immediate-release ALP's, but you can.
