No u won't become completely craZY. but, u can perhaps be treated properly for whatever is your problem.
Please don't take more pills than advised. Please.
Because records follow us to a lot of differing doctors, you may not get sedatives again. But u may get a mild anti depressant.
Or, u can try, just try, to run again. Do the physical things that made u feel better.
Never give up on a better life. Never. You have a job to do on this earth. You are worth far more than u realize.
But, no, you don't sound crazy to me. At all. It sounds like u r in a depressed state, at the moment. That is treatable. One can get beyond that.
If exercise works, you perhaps don't need pills. Pills are not the cure all for most of us.
