thanks for reply,yes ive been up to 8mgs at one stage,and as low as single valium 10mg for a day ,thus have a sweet spot at around 3-4mgs of xanax but until get more in,need to preserve what i have, which is couple months supply,thus doing sort of quick taper down to 2mgs per day.
Do know that some people are immune and manage to drop benzos,been trying to do that few times,but once not taking any its days before wd/s kick in and usually after week always gave up.the magnesium sounds good will try that for sleeping,since the hardest part is nights and early mornings when anxiety is at full swing,as for during day most times try to tough it out or be easy as not to stress to much.
