Loose Tablets are the ones taken out from Blisters only to make the package more discrete. Not even 0.01 Percent difference in quality.

I would think anything with blister packing to shelter whatever product would make it better, or at least last longer freshness/potency wise.  This being if all else is equal.  My bad if I'm just telling you what you already know.

Potency has nothing to do with packing my friend. Freshness indeed has and definitely so has shelter to do a lot with packing. Potency varies by batch or by method of production or by manufacturer.
