As you probably know, Ultram is dangerous to withdraw from cold turkey due to the seizure risk. But 5 HTP may have helped somewhat when I did a cold turkey some years back. St John's wort has always been worthless to me. I do emphasize somewhat, and may have been a placebo. It wasn't fun, either way.  Now, I would try inositol, too, if I was in the same predicament. Someone l think in the supplement thread mentioned corydalis, which I haven't tried but want to for anxiety and insomnia. Ultram is doubly fun to withdraw from due to the opiate and SSRI stuff huh?
