It would be nice if they could just fix their scan and tracking system, among the many problems are : no updates, out of order sequence time stamps, updates from days after the package arrives, etc. Sometimes I will think a package is lost since scan activity has stopped, only to have it turn up at my front door. Then, a fussilade of scans hit the minute I sign from days before. Totally wacky.
