I read that PTSD should NOT be treated with benzo's. That was from WebMD. heh... But Whatever, I don't care. I'd take anything as long as it helps!
Triggers hurt me the most.. Seeing a happy couple. even tiny little things.. can ruin my entire day.. Because then my mind thinks about them non-stop.
But to be honest.. You cant take benzo's to long before you have a tolerance, they build REALLY fast.. my solution, take different types
and also take breaks where you take the bare minimum.
I'm diagnosed with PTSD.. Sucks but what can you do? Just live life the best you can. My only successful method is fake it till you make it- in other words force yourself to be happy, until you actually are..- The author Malcolm Gladwell suggests this is a good strategy in life..in the book - "Blink" Hes a social sociologist and epidemiologist.
