Hi Smalls - It's actually from the Matchbox Twenty song "Back 2 Good". I'm too old to have paid much attention to the band in their heyday, but I took my wife to a Rob Thomas solo concert right (the concert tour for his second solo album), and at the end of the show he brought his bandmates on stage and they played a couple of their older numbers. "Back 2 Good" was my favorite of those, so it went on my iTunes walking playlist immediately. These days it's more of a description of my life's mission after my heart attack...Just getting back to good. I'd like to be around to watch my grandchildren grow up.
