Had an issues with uncle mac's shippers' packaging style. Talked to Mac and he immediately compensated per the issue. He also had a talk with his shipper about increasing the protection provided on the products so nothing could happen in transit. Needless to say my next magazine came extremely well packaged and had no more breakage issues. Uncle Mac even changed the vessel it came in to protect the product even further.
