Post Reply Notification Option

If this already exists or has already been discussed, forgive me, I was unable to find any mention using the search feature.

Is there a way to be notified when one of your posts has been replied to?

Sometimes it's difficult to keep up with all the threads, especially the more popular ones. I recently noticed, in one such thread, a member replied to a post of mine asking a simple question almost a month ago. Though completely unintentional, it was rude on me not to answer in a timely manner. A "reply notification," feature would help members like me, who from time to time fall behind on current forum affairs, better contribute to ongoing dialogue.
