Days when it is difficult to move? lazy? or depressed?

I've suffered many periods in my life where even getting out of bed to go to the restroom seemed impossible. Sure im lazy sometimes but during the pandemic I was in the hospital for a few months over issues with my back and after I finally got home my gifriend and i broke up and I fell into a deep dark depression. My job laid everyone off so there were days I didn't even get out of bed or eat because I just couldn't force myself to make anything or call for delivery or care. If it weren't for my dog I wouldn't have gone outside or moved period so I'm thankful for him being my little guardian angel motivating me to get up and move around and forget about myself and get out of my negative thoughts.
