I realize and understand how beloved mac is here. I’ve only tried once before but it was a great experience. This time my tracking has been “en route” to another office of the same country (not one where I live) so I understand it will take weeks longer once it finally moves and goes through customs. Is this normal? I realize this is not a mac issue, but I’m perplexed at what to do with this tracking number when it hasn’t changed over a week and is still at the same office in the same country. Any ideas or is this expected/normal. I’m used to closer to home vendors but they are all out of stock currently.
