Still waiting on book from feb 19. Usual?

Not unusual at all. Sometimes it’s super quick and there
are sometimes it takes about a month, p0st@l system is
finicky. MM is 100% reliable so no worries if you did talk 
with him, and always gets back quick when you reach out.
Can’t say it enough, MM is truly a great person and completely
reputable.

After basically a month, a magazine I ordered from the UK made it to me today. To be fair, our postal service put the magazine on some sort of snipe hunt once it hit our shores, so it wasn't all labor and such. It also was not the fault of MM. This was an unusual magazine to find, and the way that MM decided to send it was very thoughtful, and that is all I'll allow.  If you are waiting for MM to get your order from the UK, give it a month before you even think about the order again.

Speaking for this new magazine on the menu, both the price and quality were excellent. Don't worry about being satisfied if you're waiting.

Again, MacroMass shows he would be wildly successful even if he sold office furniture. He is a highly intelligent man and believes in a form of customer service that is quickly becoming forgotten in modern times.
