Does anyone else seem to have a summer version of Seasonal Affective Disorder?
#7
Just as the weather turned warm back in May is when I had a huge increase in anxiety and depression I hadn’t seen in years. The docs did mention I could be suffering from SAD. I really hope it. I don’t want to look forward to this every summer.
