When I get a pic that is too large, I resize it online:::

Either d/l the pic and hit the "browse" button on the page
OR
sometimes, you can "right click" the pic and "copy image address"
then it has a place to put that url ...
Downsize it, then "save" to a folder ...
If you need to "upload" a pic and use that address, I use:::
>https://imgur.com
Say like the first pic you have here, I cannot "copy the image address" because it's an attachment..
So I save the pic, resize it, then upload it to the second site {imgur}
