Hi! I am leaving my first review for MacroMass, which I am thrilled to say was EXCELLENT! I had been able to gleen information from ioplist, along with other forums, as well as searching Google. It was great that I couldn't find any complaints, or any negative reviews. I especially liked how he was diligent in touching base and keeping his subscribers informed on "what's happening".
I contacted MM first through gmail, where I found him to be excellent and timely in communication. I used the website as a MENU ONLY resource, and I then contacted him through ProtonMail, on September 13, 2017, with my order and payment information. He acknowledged receipt, and on September 20, 2017, he assigned me a tracking number. Today, October 3, 2017, I received my subscription, and was very pleased with the quality! 20 days from order, payment, to delivery. Very satisfied, and I'll be placing another or in the next few days. Thank you so much MM! I couldn't be happier!

Received my subscription today and there was a little problem in which Macromass and I were able to work out very amicably. Very pleased with his cooperation in the matter. Only 17 days from payment to delivery. Will be ordering again.

Dear MM, I made an order a few weeks ago but there was never an order number and the order was not processed through the site in any way. Then it was shipped, but tracking came up empty even after a few weeks so I wrote back about it and was told it bounced back because address was incomplete. Ages new address but have not received new tracking. Yes, I tried by email first. Pardon me if this isn't the place for this but it's helped many of us in the past keep our worries at bay and safe. Thank you

What is your order number? Which email are you sending emails to?

Have had a major hiccup but macro has vowed to fix it for me. Will keep all updated.
Its nice to have a vendor willing to fix things for you. I just pray quickly my meds are very low...
