Indeed, the best vendor I have dealt with in over 20 years. The ONLY vendor I have dealt with who actually cares not just about orders, but his customers too. Our private conversations are just the same as our business conversations. It's just like dealing with a long time friend. In all honesty, I think dealing with Macro has finally bought some creditability and trust to the industry. For that, the man deserves a position in the Vendor Hall of Fame, not to mention a medal.

I placed an order and have been extremely satisfied with communication and customer service thus far. Looking forward to giving a review of the products when i receive them. I have full confidence in macro and I can tell they are on top of things.

I meant to mention earlier, just as an example of the mans ethics.

One of the items I ordered from Macro, doesn't seem to have any effect on me. I suppose it was due to happen one day. After years of taking a particular med, including all sorts of its generics, I finally found 1 of its generics that has no effect on me. I spoke with Macro and explained the situation. It has been mentioned here before, but never associated with Macro. In other words, it is no fault of Macro. It simply seems that this particular generic has had some bad reviews regarding its effectiveness.

There was no waiting for Macro to reply, like most vendors. As soon as I had typed my message to him, he replied and offered a full refund if I cared to ship back the medication. I declined his most generous offer because I thought it unfair. As with most things these days, medication is forever changing, and I consider it up to the purchaser to do his/her research on a particular product if thinking of purchasing it. I did not. I made no inquiries regarding this generic. If I had, I simply would have ordered either another generic or paid extra for the brand item. There is no doubt that it was my error, however Macro didn't care who was to blame. He just wanted to make things right by offering a refund. He even asked me if I had any suggestions to put to him that suited me better.

Obviously, it is not up to me, however I would love to make this a 'sticky' as a permanent reminder to anyone who is doubting Macro's credibility. If Admin or any of the Mods think that this message should be posted elsewhere, please move it accordingly.

I keep harping about my over 20 years in this game, but again, this is a first for me. To be offered a refund and to be offered the opportunity to suggest my own 'fix' is unheard of. Thank you Macro.
