He always replies to his email. Just realize he may not be in the same time zone as you which will delay the response.

He will be most up on which areas are receiving most quickly.

So I ordered from Macro for the first time, and to say that he is good at communication is an understatement. From the beginning to the end of final receipt of my mags we have exchanged 80+ emails back and forth. He returns your email promptly and is a workhorse.

Unfortunately, my first experience ordering from Macro didn't go according to plan. There was an issue that I will not get into much - that's between Macro and I, and I did become frustrated - I voiced that frustration on this thread and Charon immediately deleted it, she was right to do so. I needed to voice that frustration to Macro directly instead of the community here, thus it also resulted in a temporary ban in which I had a approximately a 10 day hiatus. I don't blame admin one bit, they do a ton of work here to keep this place clean and respectable. I appreciate not being out right banned, props to both Charon and Admin of Steel for all their hard work. 

Needless to say my post that was deleted didn't impress Macro very much. He had reason to be displeased with me and I understood this, and in his defense of his unrelenting professionalism, he continued to work with me to resolve this matter. There are a ton of sketchy IOP's out there that would have just written me off and said 'to the hell with this guy' with how I reacted - Macro is not one of them. Macro is a man of his word and although I reacted negatively and a bit unprofessionally to him, he did not return that same negativity and unprofessional attitude to me. Instead he informed me he'd look into it and find out what went wrong and if the issue proved that the resolution should deserve a reship, that a reship would occur. 

I will not go any deeper on explaining the mistake, other than that I know generally what happened and that a reship would be likely, but he did not privy me with all the information (nor do I need to know) and upon less than a week of looking into the situation, I remained patient (and unable to post here during my ban) he then confirmed to me that a reship would be occurring. 

Upon notice of the reship, and receipt of all applicable reship info - I received the mags in 13 days. He didn't just send the regular snail mail route, he went out of his way and expedited this and even with a holiday during this transit, I received in 13 days. To me that is simply beyond impressive to Macro's customer service skills.

Macro went out of his way to uncover the problem and fix it - while I had reason to be frustrated initially, I did not handle these frustrations the way I should've. I learned from the situation and will move on - patience is a virtue and practicing that patience during this whole process was challenging to me, yet I am still here posting, and I'd like to give mad props to Macro - he is definitely a man of his word, excellent communicator, has a work ethic that is to be admired, and has customer service skills that I can say I wish I had (I would not have handled a customer of my business with as much respect as he still gave me under the circumstances).

A big time thanks to Macro! And I suppose I should relay how it was packaged, what I ordered, how it arrived, and attach some photos...LOL. JUST KIDDING, Charon and Admin of Steel! Dear Lord, I hope you can take a joke.

Honestly though, I will order from Macro again. Learning a new vendor can be tricky and I will bet a paycheck of mine that him and I wont be exchanging 80+ emails on my next order. 

As far as what I can say about my mags, I initially informed Macro quality was an 8.5/10...it's more like a 9-9.5/10 upon further quality control testing. Either they are the real deal like he claims, and I am pretty sure they are, or they are the best generic fakes of this mag that I have ever seen (and trust me when it comes to this mag - I have seen my fair share of fakes with the crap that comes out of that country of that begins with an 'I' and not too impressed with my primary vendor that unfortunately is in a region taking on heat now as well). Although my primary "go to" carries plenty of other high quality mags in the same category, I prefer this particular mag as I have a prescription for it, not that I couldn't receive a script for other mags in this category, my body reacts best to this particular mag. I also voiced my only concern was possible expiration date (as I was worried they could be shelf ridden or something due to the incredible bargain basement deal I received) Macro quickly responded what the expiration date is, and all I have to say about that is 10/10.

I do have a script for this mag from my doctor - but, I am only allowed a limited quantity of them per month and to fill my entire script is just maddening the high price that big pharma can demand (I wish I could post what the cost is but probably can't), thus, this justifies a general distaste for big pharma in my mind and the incredible lobbying power they have in this great country of ours, while at the same time it creates a risk/reward ratio that more than justifies the use of an IOP for myself and plenty of others. Worst case scenario I receive a LL and lose a couple loafs of bread. Best case scenario - well I just saved an incredible amount of loafs of bread (like a few truck loads), which more than justifies the nearly two months it took from the beginning of this process with Macro. However, I doubt his typical orders are like this - I was just unlucky. I've been scammed before (mostly in my early days before doing proper research - F that old Topix board, glad that's gone, lol) and I have seen long wait times, but never have the main IOP's I use not come through - Statistically speaking, I was definitely due an issue to arise, and I have never received a LL, even though I have seen some truly horrific stealth. Macro's stealth was very acceptable in my opinion - I will not rate it however. It gets the job done and he did tell me his seizure rate in advance, it was within my acceptable range.    

OK, I am going off on a tangent here, I'll end it with just summarizing - Big time props to Macro, he's the real deal folks.

Thank YOU Dear Beloved Charon for your post. I have been quite off the forum due to my disturbed health & weakness which occurred due to working to make it up with people from different time zones & priorities. But honestly all of that seems like no burden when you are at my back always as a mentor, as guidance, as a friend and as an amazing incredibly charismatic personality on whom all trust with all their heart which makes them believe me that I have been loyal and committed under the harsher circumstances ever and only you make them believe further in me always. Glad everything worked out. I used Macro and have only great praise for him he handled my transaction with total professionalism. Would definitely use him again.

If you have some faith and patience things will work fine . Macro was the most polite and trusted ventor I ever used. Even if there was delays he found the way to reasure and fix all things the right way . But it is not his job to predict situations that no other before him was able to predict or overcome . Everybody has losses and bad luck .
