Hot Links In User CP Buddy List Do Not Work

Hello,

I am making this as a proactive post / thread.

When you go to your User CP, pull up the buddy list and click on one of the "Hot Links"  they do not work.

Maybe they are not supposed to but maybe they are so I am using this thread about technical issues to let it be known.



Hey is this the same for others?

Make a check someone and post it, please.

I believe hot links are not allowed for security reasons, but Admin of Steel will know for sure.

Athena I just mean the ones that the forum has.

Not members added….try this to see what I mean….and maybe I am misunderstanding it wrong but these links should work as part of the forum, as I see it….but 

Go to your user CP

then pull up the buddy list

try and click on one and it should take you to it.

or should be able to PM from there

unless that has be turned off….maybe

These are the links that let you stay within the forum. They don't redirect you else where. As for hotlinks in posts they are not allowed.

The links work from the Buddy List so far and keep you within the forum. Posting hot links which take your out of this site to a new one is not allowed. Posting links of threads which keep you within our forum is allowed.

Checking just now I can get them to work.

The buddy list links.

And I could have swore they didn't work before....

Main thing is functuality of the forum is better , understanding  all that we have .
