To madmax Super mod thanks for your advice didn't realise I'd posed so much in 2days I'm currently awake virtually 247cos of med detox and anxiety probs, am not just trying to race to to 50 seriously friend. I'll take heed from your message an not taken personally. Just a little over enthusiastic about being a healthy useful friendly part of this great little community OK Mad Max sorry friend.

Some medz can be aweful to get off of and I wish that on no one...
Hang in there as best you can, it will be an uphill struggle at best, but you can do it....

Oh, brother bothereddog I know what you mean. Long time ago I manage to write down more than 100 posts in a not so known forum, I was writing like crazy day and night that was the only thing I could do by that time , cuz I was cold as an ice cube, but since there as some well-known rules you must respect them first of all. And also our super hero Ice. Good luck with your med detox I wonder from what you are suffering so much when you hit your 50's something you may have already done , pm me, maybe I can prove as a help point for you or have a good advice. Thank you all for your kind words. i now feel i can share with you were im at an whats going on with me, i i ditched H about ten years ago after about ten years at it but was still on high dose of methadone and just got on with life etc 10 yes go by then life kicked back hard so dealt with some issues now its time for this i ave dropped from from 35ml to 20ml in middle of december now in the lasy few days ive dropped the last 20ml an yes its hellish ive ad to go against the norm as that was getting me nowere, 20ml is a massive drop but im tired of it im in a place in my life were if idont do it now il never do it I'm mixing n match in so as not to create another problem docs hate that wont prescibe anthing but methadone or bupronorhine an some other blocker naltrexone an im not interested in iether this is getting put to bed now! Its hell an it seems to last forever seems like like time slows but the time is now im as motivated as hell gotta do it for myself an my parents who arnt that young anymore its gotta be done 1 way or another tried there way tons of times failed misserably so self med it is got access to vals but cant take too many but want to but cant let myself, got pregablin non opiate pain killer using both as little as pos but sometimes i gotta when it gets to much so there you are thats bothereddog for you hope you guys dont think any worse of me thanks again for kind words peace n serenity in my self i seek peace love n respect to you all.Botherddog..
Thanks nikolyko but gotta just ride this out will chat when am feel in OK which is only maybe couple hrs a day at best just now catch you as I start to feel a little better

My friend... You ARE in a living hell atm and I am at a loss for words ( that's infrequent )
From where I am, all I can do is pray for your recovery and that God takes the pain from your body and mind... H is a terrible substance to rid yourself of, I have had many a friend that lost their battle before they ever tried to get off the crap... I hurt for you my friend, I can only imagine as I have not ( thank God ) had that problem...
However, we here are many and some have had experiences that may be similar .... We will be here when you need to vent or just need to talk it out ....
Never give up! Never quit fighting the good fight and that in itself makes you a winner...
Together we can and will beat this down... Never surrender... You sir can do this, I have faith in you...

Thank you ICE truly but H was beat yrs back methadone is my battle which is worse k just given up last 20nl in 1go a few days back an its kick ten bells out of me right now but im am mentally strong and determined this is my end game with this crap but i know from experience i gotta go camp on hells doorstep for a few weeks at least sruggling to type thanks man love nrespect all always.
