I sent him an email regarding one of the out of stock items to check when it would be back in stock, and not only did he reply super fast, he also replied a very detailed email regarding not only the product I asked about but also about other products that he though I may be interested in, and other important info too. After several emails back and forth (all within an hour) he offered to try to find a product that I am interested in that is not even listed on the site and he even proposed a customized deal that suit my needs and my pocket.
This guy is fenomenal, at least from a customer service perspective. I will let everyone know about the quality of the products when I get them, but given my email exchanges with him, I would be extremely surprised if they were less than awesome.
Thank YOU for your review on the customer services sir. I am highly Thankful for that. I hope and pray that may you receive the products soon and like them as well.

Emailed this vendor last night with some questions regarding ordering and I could not believe how quickly he responded! Very professional and great communication so far. Will be placing my first order soon and will update with shipping and and receiving dates...

Mm you the man bro, nothing but great comms. You answered all my questions and all the questions ppl really need to know off the bat. I'm looking for an order now and waiting on some to restock. Buddy, Orders from P are gonna take even longer because of the issues with the Airline Workers Strikes issues here. The issues have been taken to court and the court has suspended many of the one protesting which has again raised red flags here. All i can do is to wait and watch for things to resume hoping for betterment every single day. I recently sent 29 to 30 parcels out of which i received tracks for only 5 and they took 2 weeks to get activated. Rest i have yet not received. Soon as i do i will update everyone.

I don't get why people do not read these entire threads. You see good success stories, you also see not so good problems and the way the vendor finds amiable solutions. The freight always comes in pulses Always has, and in this thread and others you get to see how those issues are dealt with!
 Great communication by email is this vendors strong point. Answering off the wall questions in this thread is counterproductive. Of coarse nice to here from MM from time to time, as well as it helps to put a personality to who you are dealing with.
In this application we see a professional who personable and also doesn’t mind some friendly small talk.
