RE: Music Thread Testing Area - IceWizard - 05-06-2018
Everytime I try and click the link, I get this "This site can’t be reached" ....
I think it has something to do with those 3 dots in the url, because when I "Reply" to the post, it gives me the full link...
Now I go a different route, maybe a little longer ...
(url=i copy and paste the url here)Put the song's name here(/url)
You gotta replace the ( ) with brackets [ ]
Like this:::
(url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSWPTU_krTY)(b)Night Ranger - Don't Tell Me You Love Me (Live)(/b)(/url)
Just replace the ( ) with brackets [ ] and the link works everytime
Night Ranger - Don't Tell Me You Love Me (Live)
That way works everytime

RE: Music Thread Testing Area - Linville - 05-08-2018
Thanks Fire.
That video was shown on the weather channel and happened in last couple days for real.
There seems to be more than one way to post videos. jeez
I am going to experiment more..

Well I cant believe it.
Just copied a part of the link and it worked just like you said, Fire.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfIcZtjAch8
/watch?v=DfIcZtjAch8
So just coping this above part and pasting it into the usual spot does it , Hmmmm strangely different than before the forum update.
Pasting it just like you see it no brackets or anything, wow.
So let me see once more to get a third time for a statistic trend on this new way of posting videos.

I feel it in my fingers
I feel it in my toes
Love is all around me
And so the feeling grows
It's written on the wind
It's everywhere I go, oh yes it is

RE: Music Thread Two - G.Elias - 05-28-2018
It is loading faster than the previous thread...for now at least, the test may come when the thread gets bigger and more vids are uploaded.
Now the original version with lyrics, one of my fav Dylan songs.
RE: Music Thread Two - Charon - 05-28-2018
We can make threads more often if need be. And, something went awry with GE's post.
Am still using the add the song to my playlist way.
Good luck all. I pray u get to put up music and feel all that you should from said music.
Happy Memorial Day! We shall never forget the heroes of our country.
