I relate this song to driving at night. (My Experience) Try to Imagine this fictional scenario, for fun:
You're in a souped up Hot rod capable of burning off new tires in a single outing.. Driver Hits the straight away outta town, F the damn Police... City lights fade into darkness and stars begin to pop out of the sky as light pollution gives way to natural darkness. A sensational connection to the heavens is met.
Speed reaches 140+ and windows are down. Engine, Wind and 2500 watt Stereo all roaring in harmony. Nothing but clear freeway for hundreds of miles. An overwhelming sensation of freedom. No end of the night in sight. Destination unknown and only one desire. Keep going!
The point of a journey, is not to return..
