Okay I have anxiety and depression like about 20% of the nation. I take Luvox extended release going on 8 years. It's for both depression and
obsessive compulsive disorder and alpraz. I am asking about Luvox? Anyone have any experience with it? It literally cured me of depression but
no one tells me whether to stay on it for life or taper off? The Dr. who put me on it retired. My new Dr. says keep taking it if it works.

You may not have heard of it but in popular culture it's the medication Dr. Melfii, (Tony Soprano's psychiatrist) was put on by her psychiatrist
when she was having issues. Otherwise I have never heard of anywhere or of anyone else ever taking it, or even talking about it or anything??

Hello Tigertail. Many years ago I was on Luvox & I know it helped me but I cannot remember why I went off it. As far as

staying on your AD for a long time or forever, I would say why not stay on it? I've been on Paxil for over 10yrs & I will probably

stay on it as long as it's helping. If it stops working I'll try something else. For me , the AD's work. I would be afraid to go off

them because if the depression got bad again it would probably kill me.....Good luck Smile

Well today is a week since my total

knee replacement. The good news is PT told me I am a head of schedule with my range and motion. And doing great.

The bad news is it hurts like you know what.

Happy travel day to those traveling for thanksgiving to see family.

a very painful thing to be going through. I'm sorry about your mom's diagnosis too. Positive healing vibes being sent to both of

Well, I got hammered with a lot of snow. About 2 feet in my area & it snowed for 2 days. It set a record for this much

snow so early in December....My son plowed & shoveled me out but the winds have blown the snow in the paths my

son shoveled out. Ugh......lol
