Has anyone seen a pharmacy with this medication? It's a JAK inhibitor for alopecia but still pretty new and pretty expensive. I think there are generics in India, but it generally seems to be hard to locate.

You can get a 0 pay through the brand website - but you have to jump through all of the hoops
It probably works well but it has some really hefty side effects in my opinion. I would think most dox would shy away from the med for hair loss
You probably already know that it works by decreasing the inflammatory response through inhibition of some funky pathways, and is used for RA, MS - was tried in Japan as a medication for end stage Co-V1d - Highly restricted in the EU
Its a monster of a chemical structure to try and duplicate - Its almost like a B12 and Fungicide structure combined that has to be oxidized to produce the final result - to do that in a bathtub (synthesis lab) would be pretty hard to say the least and very expensive
If you cant find it you might want to see if you can get whom ever you see for such things to try a topical Roid and an inject-able medication called Kennalog - if its only spot areas. - if it has not already been tried
of course one would have to identify the actual cause of the hair loss - which could be many things
