Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premises – Title 21, U.S.C., Section 856(a)(1) and (2)
Maximum penalty: Twenty years in prison and $500,000 fine

Ok, i haven't practiced law in a long time but that is such a broad definition. So your home, your office can be deemed a drug involved premise. i bet they get owners of bars and or "hip" restaurants with this wee aspect of this law.

We know they stopped screwing around. and are intent on finding all whom use mail or mostly anything.

But according to the law above mentioned, Defendant could have been passing a bag of weed under a toilet stall. If it happens to be where he usually does his vending or allows meds, it could be big trouble. I imagine they would go after the bar owner for same as well.

Isn't this special. They may have nailed a big one,, but they made provisions to nail the wee little ones also with one fell swoop. But, to be argued in Court. I would call that too broad a scope.
