Kisses Urinal

When you think you’ve seen it all, there is always going to be something
that blows your mind away or in this case blows kisses at you.

This urinal, initially designed by a Dutch artist, is shaped like a mouth.
So to make sure that your trip isn’t a boring one, and you can go back
with at least one crazy story about the restroom you used. The one urinal
that completely inspired you, and made you say things like
“That’s a pretty neat toilet” and “Woah! Best Urinal Ever!”
Make sure to add these to the list of places you have to visit once.

The Vertebrae

The Vertebrae is the brainchild of award-winning designer Paul Hernon,
of Huddersfield, who created it with small apartments in mind. This super
compact bathroom unit has special features that spin out from the center
as you need them.

The Vertebrae includes toilet, sink, shower and storage units, all of which
are connected in a central column, hence the name of the invention. The
entire unit occupies an area of less than 1 square meter and it’s the designer’s
dream to see his invention installed as apartment toilets around the world.

Glass Walled Public Urinals

A “transparent toilet” turned lure in Changsha, in Hunan province, China.
This public bathroom with glass walls was built next to Shiyan Lake, in an
area with plenty of vegetation.

The glass walls allow anyone to see who is using the toilet. On the first day,
several people went to see the novelty, but they avoided “testing” the urinals.

Video Gaming Urinals

British company Captive Media thinks it has developed a product that fills the
gap in the market – a urinal mounted, urine-controlled games console for men.
The device sits above a standard urinal bowl where users are presented with
three generous targets to aim for as they go.

Symbols in the unit read “Start,” “Left,” and “Right.” and the urinal can detect
which one you are peeing at using a special infrared device. Once players have
finished their business, they can post their scores to Twitter and a live leader board.
Would you guys just love to use these toilets around the world?

The Golden Throne In Hong Kong

This toilet was created and produced by the Hang Fung group of Hong Kong back
in 2001 and it is made of 24-carat gold.

The seat is also made of solid gold. To complement this throne fit for a king,
the toilet paper is also made with gold.

Thermochromic Urinal

The thermochromic urinal is making quite a stir in the web news world.
No one really knows who created and designed this innovative and bizarre
waste disposal system.

The wall in the picture clearly demonstrates how this unusual system works.
The wall is heat sensitive i.e. it is built of materials that when peed on change
color and allow the person to etch patterns. The wall, it seems utilizes the heat
of the spray to change color, in this case, the blue wall turns orange!

The Doctor Who Loo

They have spent around £1,800 on the Tardis and spent almost as much installing
the “Who Loo” in the Cafe. This Time machine loo is complete with flashing
blue light and Tardis sound effects.

The Trumpet Toilet

Here’s another music-inspired urinal out of a pub in Freiburg, Germany.
These urinals were crafted from old tenor horns, but good luck getting a
concerto out of them.

The design has drawn a few complaints from music lovers,
but we appreciate the humor and creativity.

A Venus Flytrap Urinal

The sculptor and craftsman of this urinal has developed a reputation
worldwide as one of the world’s most creative manufactures of luxury
urinals shaped like flowers and plants.

This Venus Fly Trap urinal comes with an $11,500 price tag and a full
set of spikes, but fortunately for its future users, they are made of
silicone rubber.

P-Tree Urinals

Dutch designer Sam van Veluw discovered an interesting and very
creative way to solve a problem of outdoor toilets during events, festivals
and concerts.

He suggests tying a simple weeping vessel to the trees and interconnecting
them with simple pipes, with quick couplings to the nearest sewer.
Simple and effective.

A Mirro Loo
This toilet was created in 2003 by the architectural artist Monica Bonvicini in London.

The public loo is covered by special mirrors that reflect the light outside
and is transparent to those inside.

Bathroom That Appears and Disappears

The city authorities of Victoria, Canada, had an interesting idea: a public toilet
that disappears by day, so it wouldn’t disturb the landscape of parks and gardens.

And that appears “magically” at night, ready to meet the physiological needs
of the public.

OMG. i don't trust the venus fly trap. I raised one to eat my mother when i was five. Did not work.

I remember a NY disco had the open mouthed toilet/urinal. Guess it shows a tad bit of disrespect to the purposes of a woman's mouth.

But no way would I use a toilet that is allegedly invisible to others. Yeah, I don't buy it. Some cheezy little company will be selling those videos online.

Well, I am glad people have kept busy during the pandemic. I would be afraid that if I ran into the one that goes underground during day, that it would close up whilst i was still in there. Heart attack central via panic mode.

Interesting finds, Ice.
