I was taking over 100mg a day (stupid i know) and after almost a year im now on only 3 if you take 1mg off a week you shouldnt feel much. We are all different. good luck my freind. Stay well

I forget the name but it is a well known taper available online that mentions subbing V for X or other B's.

It is also a slow process. I know that seizures and death can happen if not properly tapered.

Good luck to those doing this.

I just want to update this. I have successfully come off benzos after a horrific time trying to stop them after years of being on. Inderal is the reason I was able to quit the benzos. It stopped many of the withdrawal symptoms so I finally was able to quit. Tapers weren’t working. For me inderall was like magic. 20 mg as needed. Sometimes 40 mg. I really urge everyone to get a script for this if you want to be able to kick the benzos to the curb.
