I've been warrend a couple of time now   & I would like to tell you briefly about myself   

I'm a early 20s male who suffers from the most severe levels of ADHD    it's very hard for me but I'm trying    I've been dealing with this issue since I was 8yrs old   I'm on disability    & still my doctor every month    it's quite difficult for me in the normal world   so I thought I found this place were I would be welcomed     here at ioplist.org    but I keep getting warned by Charon on my dose & don't!        I'M TRYING I REALLY AM   I JUST WANT ALL TO KNOW! 

& I'M SORRY TO WHO'S I UPSET.

Hi Mrgetitdone.
It does seem like you are trying to make amends.

Since you say ADHD I want to remind you that you should only be making 5 posts a day.

So each day only make 5 posts, okay.

And this is great for doing more than the very short posts you had been making.

Try to find a thread in the lounge or music or pictures or some such to do some posting I might suggest.

The rules are not made to get members be assured of that.

But you must understand that if you come on like gangbusters it does not settle out very good either.

Just like in the normal world, does this make sense to you?
