Music is probably the only real magic I have encountered in my life. There's not some trick involved with it. It's pure and it's real. It moves, it heals, it communicates and does all these incredible things. Tom Petty

Will give you side effects, except if you are a girl. You can`t eliminate 70 % of your stronger stronger ( DHT is the stronger, not estrogen ) and don`t get side effects.
It was approve more than 20 years ago, a lot of things change during this 20 years. Go for the topical way, spironolactone, minoxidil, alphaestradiol, ketoconozole, cetirizine, etc.

If you want a much better much safer drug that wont permanently kill your sex drive get Dutasteride. It much safer. Yes they do work. DHT causes hairloss. These drugs stop the conversion of testosterone to DHT. The downside is DHT is a feel good sex hormone and DHT is also prostate protective so would you rather have hair or a sex drive? Dutasteride has far less side effects than finasteride.

Dutasteride have even more side effects since it blocks almost 100 % of the DHT. DHT is not a bad thing, male need it. There are others ways to stop hairloss . Search for studies on pubmed.gov
