Of course, staying out of the sun and not smoking or drinking will have a long term effect as well. The problem with skin products is crossing the skin barrier and getting down to the layer where wrinkles actually form. Most products applied to the skin just sit there and can't get to where they need to be.

Have never encountered fake Retin A but I don't doubt it is out there. You can buy genuine Retin A in many places in the US. Expensive but lasts a long time and actually works. Just need to stick with it. That is the challenge for many people. They don't get past the peeling, irritation stage and give up.

Do you have any idea if Retin A is the same thing than Tretinoin ?
