found this video,now granted its not current and would be different around globe way it works,but was always interested in the process,granted its not on actual topic and goes off a bit but think its interesting if anyone know of any similar ones post it.
Btw not sure if its right place for posting this kind of stuff so mod is welcome to move it.

Thx Ice only took a look now and yes some reason it gives error message,but your link is correct.think it quite good reflects on daily routine in PO offices,now every country is different but think routines are much the same give or takes some automation in other parts of world.
