Odd Dreams/ Benzos

I can relate Years back when I was taking Alprazolam 2mg 3 times a day, I got to the point where I was having CRAZY dreams. I was able to wake up from a dream and go back to sleep and go right back into the middle of the dream. I was also aware when I was dreaming and could control certain aspects of the dream but mostly I was just along for the ride if you call that. I learned that I had to watch the dosage of Alprazolam I take the 2mg 3 times a day was too much and once I reduced my dosage the dreams did go away mostly.
