I returned to a previous pain mgmt provider about 4 months ago after a current one suddenly and without warning took me off opiate pk's. I explained to the previous provider what had happened. He completely understood and put me right back on pk's. We continued some steroid injections which coincidentally helped a LOT. Month later I follow up. This guy gives me 3 paper scripts for opiate pk's, two of them post dated, and says "see you in 3 months".
