Government and police stealing goes into overdrive

Move to the Land of Enchantment ... but don't drive under the influence especially in Buerque.

2015 statute says they can't seize assets until after you're convicted of the crime and with any forfeiture ordered by a court following procedures with safeguards spelled out by the statute:

But city of Albuquerque, and others, say that law doesn't stop them from seizing cars being driven by repeat DWI offenders, etc.

How do they test for non-alcoholic substances in NM? In NJ the just check for a Urine presence but Pennsylvania requires a blood test with a lab result indicating a blood concentration, NY uses cops who are trained as drug recognition experts, my policy is to never to drive if you are in any way under the influence of anything at law.
Being kind to others costs nothing and enriches your life,
never forget how you felt when someone was once cruel to you,
we all have felt unloved at one time or another we should never want another to feel that way. Smile

One thing I've had a big problem with in the past, is I had a friend that was arrested do to dui. Turns out he was not under the influnch at that point but had taken some rx tabs days before, no big deal did probation, moved on but hoe can they pull that off om you? They have certain strategies to get you guilty.

What kind of rx tabs are still affecting driving abilities "days after taking it"?
How about just not driving after taking medication. There isn't a difference in drinking or rx. You aren't sipposed to drive under the influence.
