I stuffed up on the exchange rate and shorted him some money. Getting ready to make another WU transfer, with another WU fee, he told me not to worry about it, and to simply remember him when I placed my next order.
Well, I haven't even received my first order before just placing my 2nd order. I also sent the extra cash that was owed to him. His customer service alone was enough to win me over. In an age where customer service is almost non existent, it is a breath of fresh air to speak to a vendor who actually is concerned about his customers. (Even if he is not concerned, he takes the time to pretend, and that alone makes you feel good).
I just placed a 2nd order. Fingers crossed that both orders arrive ok, but regardless, he has won me over purely because he went out of the way to look after me.
I'm in Sydney and realistically, I have to be prepared for the occasional LL. (Australian Customs are some of the toughest in the world). I don't take risks lightly, but MM made me feel like a friend. How could you not give your business to a friend?
Thanks MM. I look forward to thanking you again soon when I receive my mail.
Here's my post again. Went unnoticed before, but quiet pertinent now.
