What is sad is that this shipping issue in that area has almost devastated several of my friends in the area that rely on shipping to outside of the country.
I purchase many items from the area, not just medicinal for use.
I think now, that it is safe to say, that the postage issue, has done a significant amount of damage to the countries financial system.
Already the indentured are growing, and talk of may large companies leaving is common as this is yearly, if not more.
My opinion is that it is well to speak up to gain your rights, but when it causes those who are less fortunate, to fail because of the actions, it is nothing more than greed.
Today I got a letter from a good friend who said that he had lost It all because he could not get things out, and unlike here, he has to get products to move or repay. Many do not understand that 100 usd, can do much in P, but when you lose 100000 usd in a month, it is devastating. Banking is not as it is in the US. Its loans, for service and at a very high cost
I am sure that our vendor friends on here are beginning to feel the stress as well, and we need to remember the service when things were well.
When this is over perhaps we should try and make a special attempt to help our vendor friends out by sticking with them first for a few orders, to regain what they have lost.
Having insight into this, I know ,many have lost much.
We lost so many last year as well as the year before, when this happened, that could not come back, because before it was all over their funds had dried up.
Uncle Mac, I am not just speaking for you ( and I apologize for cross threading) but we here at IOPO are all friends. I know you will survive since you diverse, but I hope that you remain strong.
Perhaps a posting to the crew of what is not going to get "delayed" on here from your other areas might help weekly.
You know we all here are with you, and you have a loyal following
No disrespect intended at all in any way, I just want to remind the group that these are our friends, and if it gets tougher if we work together we can help them to remain strong.
