Buddy, The problem is your own created. We sent your order and it got returned from your country. Returned parcels are not received by us. Because we use fake sender details. We still offered to ship your parcel but you vanished away and now returned after one year. We are still willing to help but not the way you want. I told you i can offer you discount on orders shipped from PH, But expect nothing from P. This is a very clear answer whether you call it disappointment or whatsoever. I have the chat conversation screenshot of which i would gladly provide to the administration when required.
Okey, this post here was not meant to try to stain you in any way. We were having a conversation at your webbsite were you all of a sudden left/did not answer me any more. I have been in hospital for about 9 months, thats why i dissapeared. I had forgotten about that parcel, all I know was that it did not delivered and put no more tought to it. Then I was about to make one order and remembered your webbsite delivered to me once before. So out of my good toughts of your previous service to me I looked you up and by accident remembered that i had an account at MM. There I found your post to me, were you asked me to give you a new adress. This was no demand, this was a question. I posted here to see if i could get a full answer from another of you guys who would take contact and answer me fully since you left me hanging in your webbsite. I guess I have had your answer for me now, in a less pleasent way tough.. So thank you for painting me up here instead of giving me the explanation you gave me here on your own customers logg.. I am not saying youre company have been doing bad service, I am saying that I was not fully debriefed since you left the conversation. I was partly ignored and wanted to try someone else on your team to talk to for a complete and concrete answer. I am sorry for this small mather to have blossomed up to something unpleasant and unnessecary. But thank you for your answer..
Sir, The conversation is never left unanswered. You were sent a list of products to choose from. Anyhow, Please be sure to choose any product you wish to order from the PH Stocks or UK Stocks and you would be discounted $100 per order for each order you make till your actual cost of the first order is recovered. This statement about the discount is being posted publicly for your satisfaction only sir. I hope that resolves this issue. You chose to have the reship from P which is not possible because we prefer not to ship from P, Because of the time it takes for dispatch and then again from dispatch to delivery. Instead of having a parcel shipped from P and then getting returned to us again its wise to choose a different location for shipping and a different address for delivery which would be helpful in smooth delivery and continued business.
