I use that, as well. They say that it is the best form of Magnesium to take when it comes to absorption rates. Probably best to supplement with a little calcium at the same time, or at least make sure to get plenty of dietary calcium while taking it.

Hi AnxietyGuy,
I take 800mgs per day. I don't know if it helps my sleep (I don't think it does), but it doesn't hurt it either. Everyone is different so I think it's worth a try.
I buy Vitamin Shoppe brand.
