At the time of writing, there are 229 pages on MM's thread.
I most certainly have not read every page, but of the many I have read, I haven't noticed anyone talking about a Chat box opening whilst browsing his site.
I'm only new in here, but I've browsed his site maybe 6 times so far. Last night, for the first time, a MM Chat Box opened.
The person was very helpful in directing me to the area that would be the most suitable for me.
They also reassured me that they had many happy customers in my part of the world.
I think I had my first taste of what everybody talks about when it comes to MM.
Probably sensible to let the madness of the Festive Season / New Year settle down a bit first, but in the near future I'll be making my first order with MM.
There's a difference between having an opinion and having an informed opinion.

Hey Richardg8092..

Only use his site as a "guide". Any questions you need answered email him direct especially when it comes to orders. I just use the website as a menu, send MM an email and all is done that way. I personally would not use any "chat" option.

Peace

Thank you, Fury.
I completely understand MM's system. "Have a look around the site, there's plenty to see - but inquiries and orders are via email only".

That said, the Chatbox asked if I had any questions, left me alone when I responded I was just browsing, jumped back in when I had a question about regions, then stepped back when I said I was happy to browse again.  It was the perfect level of customer service.  I wish the rest of my on-line shopping life was like that !
Sales talk was conspicuously absent. There was never the slightest hint of them trying to get an order. It was not on their agenda. (And it was not on mine either.)
I can assure you that I would have been out of there in a flash if it had have been any other way.

Thanks again for your advice and for reinforcing MM's time-tested system.

And that sounds exactly like how Macro would
manage his "chat" feature.

A question here and there but no pressure.

I've only dealt with macro once and everything went like clockwork! Nicest, polite, well mannered guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I'll probably order again but he's put his prices up ak I'm wary of ordering from overseas with all the customs etc. God Bless, Eddie

17. DO NOT in any case discuss the medication you ordered openly in any vendors thread. Please post only your experience from payment to delivery and reviews of the product you received whether good or bad.

I think if worded properly, u can get an answer to your question. We just don't want g00gle putting this vendor and a med together and it shows up as post one on g00gle.
