It sounds like you are physically and psychologically dependent on them as those are the symptoms associated with crashing from uppers when dependence sets in. There's nothing you can really do other than try to find activities to take your mind away from them. Walks, hot baths, etc. paranoia is a major symptom of coming off uppers. Someone close to me had a mental breakdown after a six month binge on Ritz and Add's and thought the FBI, Dea, etc were after him.
And I mean no disrespect as I am physically dependent on benzos for neuropathy. When I tapered off the pain was unbearable, so I have to be dependent on the medication to be able to function.

I ve been taking them since i was 15 y.o.they really helped me to succeed to be honest in many areas of my life ,i take 1-3 a day max Ritalin 10 mg ,it was a good comparison with FBI ...i guess im not that bad i usually get that paranoya that i dont want anybody to come home to see me in this condition of being irritated easily and makes me rethink some problems that i have over and over in my head so its kind of annoying ,this feeling that i dont know what to do with myself kind of ....i feel you about being so addicted to the pain meds those make you see devil the day you want get off of them ,i never been addicted to them but i ve seen the people who do and i feel sorry for those people its hard ughh i feel for you my friend ,i guess we do share this dependance pain..

I don't need them every day. Usually don't take them over weekends and only take my max daily dosage of 30mgs once or twice a week. I've never had withdrawals from them.
I can only suggest that at the end of the day try reading, watching TV, something to take your mind off other thoughts that aren't helping you until others get home. May be i need to stop using it everyday sounds like a pretty good idea too..lucky you Harley, i wish i never had those withdrawls,Adderall is a way stronger tho, once i tryed it i felt like a candy kid on the rave festival lol

Taking benzo's will certainly help the crash but that can become a very slippery slope which is best avoided if possible.
I've found that intense exercise helps by getting your endorphins flowing. Healthy eating's very important when taking taxing stimulant medications and a daily multi-V can't hurt also. I'm currently waiting on a supplement which I ordered online that could also help. The supplement is L-Tyrosine and is a precursor for the neurotransmitters dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine. A friend of mine suggested this supplement so I'll see how it goes and report back.
Take care.
thank you Breacher the information you gave was very helpfull, can you please make sure to let me know about L-Tyrosine im very interested .

Your post is hard to read, Bio. Just a heads up....maybe try to write in sentences so we can read it easier. I've found the following substances to help with comedown:
Valium (best)
other benzos (xanax, ativan, kpin)
Soma
Opiates

Thank you for your post my friend . But im just wondering, doesnt a use of Ritalin combined with benzos create another vicious cycle of dependency ?

Sorry Breacher i didnt know if i broke the rule by posting that , however to me its not a recreational use tho...i kind of depend on those things and its really a problem to me the after effect, thats why i asked the advice and actually got some good ones on here .

Yes, using stims and benzos daily is dangerous. You didn't necessarily break the rules, but some of the advice is on the fringe of recreational drug use talk. I thought to say benzo use as a come down, but you don't want to do that as its a taxing combo on your body, specifically your heart. You may be getting your script from an MD, so we don't know.

A ok i got you now about the recreational drug use talk and yes i agree with you, this combo doesnt sound like a healthy one in a long run.... Bio2016 like I said for all we know you are scripted your meds. It's just this board is for people whom have legimate medical needs and recreational use brings unwanted scrunity and is against the rules. I'm not a mod, admin or anything but you didn't break any rules, but some of the advice was delving into recreational talk.
But like other's suggested try to find activities that will burn that extra energy away. You are aware of the paranoia, which many people are not. When they get paranoid there delusions are real to them, so at least you know that any delusions/paranoid thoughts you have are irrational thoughts being produced by your mind. Look into deep breathing techniques and meditation and guided imagery meditation. I use all three when my neurologia pain is not being contained by my dosage of medication.
Huh...about the breathing and meditation that sounds like a pretty awessome idea i never heard about about using it to come down ...i already started looking into that ,very good advice i wish i would ve given you some reputation points ,but i dont think i can ...But thank you my friend .
