whatapain,

"If this happened then that is major. Any mention of L E 0 by a vendor is a discredit. This from that 1 email person in the message?
If that was from Mr B (please no names) let us know. I would like to check into this for you."

It happened but I'd like to be clear the first mistake made was on my part. I forgot to move enough money into the account the first time around and there were insufficient funds. I then emailed to apologize for the mishap and have them hit the acct again. This is when they shipped the order prior to receiving and left themselves exposed to being screwed if I did not do the right thing and send the money. Again I don't think they intended to call the police but did indicate they would if I did not live up to my end. At that point if I could have just cancelled the order I would have but the package was sent so I sent the money because they lived up to their end and I was just doing the same. I'd also like to be clear that I've had 2 orders seized and this was the 2nd one. Had it been the 1rst one seized and then the 2nd order was seized I'd be suspicious they had contacted law enforcement but that is not how it went down. My first order was seized and 2 days later this one was. Again nothing for DPS to gain from doing this. On the surface I may have looked like a sophisticated scammer who worked the system to get a package sent prior to their receiving payment. I can see why the email sent may have been over the top threatening police action but again I think it was never their intent. The last thing I would want is a good vendor to get a bad rep based on 1 of probably thousands of transactions where I was the first to make an error. DPS is trying to get me my order. I can assure you and everyone here of that much. I won't post it here but since you sent me a pm if you send me an anonymous email address I'd be happy to forward you our correspondence. I don't think it has anything to do with DDS. I can't say why publicly because it is too much info but will email you exactly why if you're interested. The only thing I would ask is to read, verify and delete since my email addy is tied to me. I am having issues but am working through them with DPS. At this point my main concern is after having a seizure in June/July and now 2 in a row is that my name or address is on some form of a database. In the end I think DPS will prove why they are 1 of 5 recommended vendors. What I'd like to add to the community is any information that could be taken from my experience to decrease the odds of a seizure.

I would just like to say folks I considered trying them. Emailed them didn't get a reply. Then this happened with Hooper. You would think in their line of work they would be be the last too mention LE. Well now they responded. Don't lynch me folk this is just my opinion. But hearing mere whisper of a mention of Johnny L makes it so nope nada never gonna happen . Please remember it's just my opinion. But I wish I could take back ever emailing them. I hope all works out Hooper but proceed with caution. Again jmo

I can understand exactlly what you are saying... My self.. I have as littleb to do with "those kinds" of people.....

Having said that, the only time I tried DPM, I had a great experience.... Total time form end to end was 10 days and the quality was exactly the same as from the place I was going through...

The person that recomended DPM to our site comes with very high marks and is indeed a fine person theirself...

I am sorry for all the mix up and the fact LE was "slung" around.... I sure this is an isolated incident....

Maybe in the coming weeks, I'll make an order for myself and see how that goes.... As a matter of fact, I had difficuties with getting a password installed on the site and they came here... Fixed the problem... And emailed me a workin password... They have always responded to me in a timely fashion, so I have to reserve any comments by me until I look into them again myself....

I want to thank everyone for just reporting the facts and keeping "personal mudslinging" off the table.... It shows how our group here opperates... By co-opperating...

Again Thanks folks...

Anyone here with recent experience with this vendor?

Good news. Not only did my reshipped package arrive today they doubled one of my medications. The $285 order was worth $385 by the time they sent the extras. if I had to guess I would say that Ice Wizard was correct that a subordinate made the police action threat and whomever was in charge was left to clean it up. It took a while but DPS worked through the situation and more than corrected it. If you look at any transaction there are so many places for one to go wrong:
1. Payment- I screwed that up
2. Shipping- From the country of origin to USPS.
3. Customs- In this case we had a seizure
4. Hackers trying to hijack the iop's websites
5. Employees
6. Human error from everyone involved
There's just a lot of moving parts to a transaction. In the end I got my package and then some. Communication was good throughout and it was made right. I would and will use them again. Thanks for everyone's input as well as the resource that is ioplist.org. Without this site I don't know that I would have had much of a voice. A review where everything goes smoothly is good. A review where mistakes were made on both sides and both parties worked to get it resolved is better in my opinion. This was obviously one of those.

Well said Hooper! I too had a slight problem with my last order and they corrected and reshipped immediately! I will be ordering from them again soon.
Peace!

Seems like a lot of trouble when there are other reliable, easy to use vendors, but I guess they carry something different? Or perhaps price can't be beat?

This wasn't a normal transaction so yes it was a lot of trouble since there was a seizure involved but in the end I got my package plus some. I can't help but wonder if my address is not flagged since I had 2 out of 4 packages seized in Jan. My previous order to those was back in June that was seized but reshipped successfully from another vendor and that's why I think my address may be flagged. As for ease of use I would put them in 2nd place. For pricing they are very competitive on most of what I ordered. I don't use just 1 vendor. They invariably go down for whatever reason. After this I would definitely use again but next time with a different name and address.

Ordered 2/12/2016

Received 2/19/2016

Quality meds with good dates.  Packaging a little sketchy but everything made it through undamaged.
