whatapain,
"If this happened then that is major. Any mention of L E 0 by a vendor is a discredit. This from that 1 email person in the message?
If that was from Mr B (please no names) let us know. I would like to check into this for you."
It happened but I'd like to be clear the first mistake made was on my part. I forgot to move enough money into the account the first time around and there were insufficient funds. I then emailed to apologize for the mishap and have them hit the acct again. This is when they shipped the order prior to receiving and left themselves exposed to being screwed if I did not do the right thing and send the money. Again I don't think they intended to call the police but did indicate they would if I did not live up to my end. At that point if I could have just cancelled the order I would have but the package was sent so I sent the money because they lived up to their end and I was just doing the same. I'd also like to be clear that I've had 2 orders seized and this was the 2nd one. Had it been the 1rst one seized and then the 2nd order was seized I'd be suspicious they had contacted law enforcement but that is not how it went down. My first order was seized and 2 days later this one was. Again nothing for DPS to gain from doing this. On the surface I may have looked like a sophisticated scammer who worked the system to get a package sent prior to their receiving payment. I can see why the email sent may have been over the top threatening police action but again I think it was never their intent. The last thing I would want is a good vendor to get a bad rep based on 1 of probably thousands of transactions where I was the first to make an error. DPS is trying to get me my order. I can assure you and everyone here of that much. I won't post it here but since you sent me a pm if you send me an anonymous email address I'd be happy to forward you our correspondence. I don't think it has anything to do with DDS. I can't say why publicly because it is too much info but will email you exactly why if you're interested. The only thing I would ask is to read, verify and delete since my email addy is tied to me. I am having issues but am working through them with DPS. At this point my main concern is after having a seizure in June/July and now 2 in a row is that my name or address is on some form of a database. In the end I think DPS will prove why they are 1 of 5 recommended vendors. What I'd like to add to the community is any information that could be taken from my experience to decrease the odds of a seizure.
